Ogeno Fred Hassan, professionally known as Don Hassan Badman, is a Ugandan singer hailing from Kitgum Municipality in the northern region. He launched his music career after completing his secondary education. Don Hassan Badman was an integral part of Black Empire Music, where he collaborated with fellow artists. Later, he co-founded FRESH TALENT MUSIC with Peter Blaizez. Their collaboration, the hit audio "Adeg Cac," gained significant traction in Kitgum Town.
