Dokta Brain

Nkwanga Geoffrey, known artistically as Dokta Brain, is a singer, songwriter, and performer, also serving as CEO and co-founder of Big Budget Entertainment. The name DOKTA is an acronym for "Dream Of Kampala To Africa."

Dokta Brain has significantly contributed to the Ugandan music industry, selflessly using his talent to write and produce hit songs for prominent female artists such as Sheebah, Winnie Nwagi, Fille, and Rema Namakula. His musical journey began with the release of his first videos, "Sugar" featuring Tip Swizy and "Kakubiddewa," alongside writing the ballad "Malaika" for Angela Kalule.

His song "Team Kamooli" became a widely recognized slogan in Kampala and on social media. He has since penned numerous successful tracks for various artists, including Winnie Nwagi's "Musawo," "Magic," and "Olaba Otya"; Rema's "Juice Wa Mango" or "Yo Sweet"; Sheebah's "Kisasi Kimu," "Binkolera" featuring The Ben, "Beera Nange," and "Wangu" featuring Natacha; and Fille's "Nakupenda," "Sabula," and "Katijjo" featuring Babarita.

Dokta Brain's exceptional writing skills and vocal blending have inspired collaborations with many of the artists he has worked with, including projects like "Oli Kuki" with Sheebah, "Nvaako" with Nina Roz, "Run Di Town" with Fille, and "Bantu Abo" with Feffe Bussi, among others.

His versatility spans multiple music styles, including Reggae, Dancehall, Afro Beat, Afro Pop, R&B, and Rap. Dokta Brain has released over 15 tracks produced by leading Ugandan producers.

Inspired by his surroundings, Dokta Brain possesses a remarkable ability to create music spontaneously, requiring only a recorder, a beat, and pen and paper.
