Born in Uganda, Dm Celebrant's journey into music was deeply inspired by the legendary Philly Bongoley Lutaaya. After completing his education, he migrated to the UK to pursue his passion.

Dm Celebrant is a devoted evangelist, gospel musician, worshipper, and songwriter. He is a signed gospel minister with Greater Light Studios UK and Music Fanbase UK, having released three music albums.
