Dj Juan Vita

Juan Vita is an African artist, DJ, remixer, and record producer. He began his journey in music at fifteen, inspired by his cousin, DJ Iswaya. Together, they were among the first to create remixes of both international and local music in Eastern Uganda.

Raised in a military environment, Juan Vita's passion for music led him to accompany DJ Iswaya to clubs, absorbing the energy and craft of deejaying. His diverse educational background, spanning fourteen institutions, is matched by his mastery of various instruments and production software, including FL Studio, Ableton Live, and synthesizers.

As a prolific producer and DJ, Juan Vita quickly gained recognition for his rapid release of captivating mixtapes. He has also explored the realm of Electronic Dance Music, collaborating with producer Kron. The name "Juan Vita," chosen in his early teens, carries the meanings of "God is gracious" and "War," reflecting a blend of divine favor and determination.

Juan Vita's sound is characterized by EDM, DJ mixes, Future Dancehall, Progressive, and Electro House. His influences include electronic music pioneers like Avicii, Major Lazer, Hardwell, and Martin Garrix, whose sounds shaped his early understanding of house music.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Juan Vita is driven by a desire to give back. He aspires to use his success to support the needy, emphasizing the importance of helping others regardless of their background. He feels fortunate to pursue his passion and make a living from it.
