Deo Young

Deogratius Byaruhanga, known professionally as Deo Young, has rapidly emerged as a prominent voice in the Bunyoro region of western Uganda. Dropping out of school to pursue his passion, Deo Young began his professional music journey, specializing in dancehall and ragga. He records in Runyoro and Luganda, blending local flavors with infectious rhythms.

His debut single, "Abaana Abato," released in 2019, marked his impactful entry into the music scene, produced by One Love One Records. Since then, Deo Young has consistently delivered engaging tracks such as "Barungi Ha Face," "Salima," and "Ensi Nzibu (Kambakokomere)." With his latest audio, "Akalimo," he continues to captivate audiences and promises more exciting music and visual projects under his management, Njuba Production.
