Christopher Magezi

Christopher Magezi is a devoted Christian who accepted Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior from childhood. Growing up in challenging circumstances, with the loss of both parents at a young age, he found solace and guidance in his faith, viewing Jesus as his ultimate parent and caregiver. He is the youngest of three siblings.

His educational journey in Uganda led him through primary and secondary school, culminating in a Diploma in Development Studies, a significant achievement supported by his grandmother.

Currently, Christopher is self-employed and a dedicated community volunteer. He works with community-based organizations, often partnering with NGOs, to foster holistic child development and improve community well-being. He is a passionate savings promoter, having established twenty self-help groups in Bundibugyo district, empowering vulnerable individuals to save and support themselves. His income is supplemented by his mandazi business.

While known as a footballer during his secondary school years, Christopher harbored a secret passion for singing. He began writing lyrics in his youth, nurturing his gospel music talent with the goal of completing his education first. He started releasing music gradually and now, having completed his diploma, is focused on producing his music for a global audience, aiming to spread the word of God.

Christopher is of the Omubwisi tribe from the Bandibugyo clan. He is fluent in Lubwisi, Lutooro, Luganda, and English, with some proficiency in Kiswahili. He is currently planning his marital future.
