Cash Goodluck

Kigozi Shafiq, known professionally as Cash Goodluck, is a Ugandan recording artist and singer-songwriter. Raised in a large family, he learned early on the importance of connection and resilience, stating, "Being raised in a big family very much taught me how to love and relate with people... Challenges my elder siblings faced groomed a strong man in me."

His musical journey began in school choirs, where he honed his skills as a drummer and singer. This passion continued through secondary school, where he became a prominent figure in acting, singing, dancing, and drumming. He formed a music crew called Elites, and later pursued a music duo known as The NATIVES, producing several music videos.

Cash Goodluck's music blends Reggae and Afro R&B with influences from Afrobeat, Afro dancehall, Afro Zouk, and Afro pop. He is the founder of Goodluck Music Entertainment, his own music and marketing brand dedicated to advancing his career.

As a songwriter, Cash has penned songs for notable artists including Rema Namakula, King Saha, and others. He has collaborated with various producers and studios, refining his craft. Currently, he is working on his solo EP, "Spell Of Love," and also holds a management position at Trueline TL Services Uganda Limited.
