Canaan Gents is an award-winning a cappella vocal band dedicated to glorifying Christ through musical excellence and innovation. Evolving from their beginnings at Uganda Christian University, they have become a respected name in a cappella music, captivating audiences with their stunning, instrument-free vocal harmonies.

Their commitment to their craft is evident in their releases, including the "Nkwagala EP" and Uganda's first a cappella music video for their song “Sing.” Canaan Gents has graced numerous prestigious events across Uganda, performing for organizations like the United States Embassy, Barclays Bank, KCCA, URA, and esteemed individuals and charity groups. They have also been featured in media interviews on CGTN Africa and BBC Africa, and notably performed a special composition for His Majesty, the King of Buganda, at his birthday celebration.

Canaan Gents has garnered significant accolades, including multiple HiPipo Music Awards and Viga Music Awards for "Best A Cappella Group," as well as "Video of the Year." They have also been recognized internationally with the Prayze Factor Peoples' Choice Award for "Best A Cappella Group" in Atlanta, Georgia.
