Black Benjie

Black Benjie is a versatile musician hailing from western Uganda, excelling as a songwriter, rapper, and instrumentalist. He has collaborated with esteemed producers including Happy Alex, Captain Emma, Phill Mugabi, Bad Beast, and JahComfort.

A skilled drummer and keyboardist, Black Benjie also showcases his talent as a solo guitarist. He has performed with Creative Band and is currently a member of Suite Band in western Uganda.

He is currently finalizing an album that spans various genres, set for international release.

Black Benjie's recent single, "Mujja Kutya," features the talents of Mukiga rapper and songstress Shaky Xen, alongside Songstar Clever MC of Great Music Entertainment. Black Benjie contributed to the chorus and third verse, and co-produced the track at Data Lyrics Records with Phill Mugabi and JahComfort.
