Bignote, born Matovu Mike, is a versatile Ugandan artist whose music blends R&B and dancehall. His sound also incorporates ragga influences, often exploring themes of love. Bignote honed his craft performing in Music, Dance, and Drama (MDD) at Luzira Secondary School, drawing inspiration from artists like the late Moses Radio.
