Twesigye Kenneth, known professionally as Big Head, burst onto the music scene with a string of hit songs. His early releases, including "Breaking a Pool" produced by Baston Heats at Matcom Records Ibanda, quickly gained traction. He further solidified his presence with the collaboration "Ekintu Nkitwiremu" featuring Good Face, penned by Ras Rasta UG. Big Head hails from Migina, Akatongore, Kazo District.
