Bakri MAT

Bakri MAT is an R&B and Dancehall artist from Uganda. His musical journey began as a songwriter and member of the boy band Jaamie and Bakri. He launched his solo career with the release of his debut single, "Solatido."

Bakri's songwriting prowess has garnered significant recognition, with many of his compositions for top regional artists achieving chart success. His own singles, including "18 & Over," "Vamunyumba," and "Mr. DJ," have quickly climbed the charts under the management of Wajjid Promotionz.

His album "Chidula" features two hit singles, with further collaborations with renowned producers Just Jose and Washington on the horizon. The hit single "18 & Over" has also generated considerable award buzz.
