Amu

Amu, born Kania Noel, is a reggae artist whose musical journey began with the foundational influences of Bob Marley and the Wailers. He later found inspiration in reggae titans like Eric Donaldson, Alpha Blondy, and Burning Spear. Amu honed his craft by performing in bustling marketplaces and at community gatherings, a testament to his grassroots beginnings.

A skilled guitarist, singer, and songwriter, Amu has penned over two dozen songs. His formative years were spent working as a carpenter in the underprivileged suburban neighborhood of Kisugu, just outside Kampala City, experiences that undoubtedly shape his artistic voice.
