AirporTaxi is a dynamic Ugandan trio recognized for their futuristic sound, blending Urban Pop with Hip-Hop elements. The group, which often draws comparisons to international acts like the Black Eyed Peas and Kenya’s Camp Mulla, formed in 2012.

The trio consists of Williams Mugisha (Lyboc), Martha Namubiru (Martha Smallz), and Tucker Kibirige (Tucker HD). The members initially met while participating successfully as individual artists in a 2011 talent show organized by Talent Africa, later uniting due to their complementary strengths. Lyboc and Tucker HD specialize in lyrical delivery and punchlines, while Martha Smallz provides compelling hooks, establishing the group’s strong internal chemistry.

AirporTaxi has garnered several industry buzz awards and is signed to Talent Africa, an organization affiliated with Ali Alibhai. They have collaborated with renowned producers, including Samurae of Talent Africa. The group primarily targets the urban radio circuit, distinguishing themselves with a unique sound. Notable tracks enjoying ample airplay include "Airportaxi Party," "To The Music," "All The Way," and the recent release, "808’s and Heartbreaks."
