Afande Amooti Isingoma

Afande Amooti Isingoma is a celebrated artist from Uganda's Western region. A Munyoro by tribe, he discovered his passion for music at a young age, performing while still in primary school. He launched his commercial music career in 2011, quickly gaining recognition with hits like "Busaho Alimanya Esaaha Yo’kufa."

His discography boasts a rich collection of songs including "Omukazi akambiga," "Emanzi Kabarega," "Ntumirwe Abakazi," "Entangiro," "Akaryangangaine," and "Mukama ndi omumaiso gaawe," among many others.

Beyond his musical endeavors, Afande Amooti Isingoma has a diverse artistic background, having previously worked as a drama actor and producer with Ebonies and performed with the Uganda Prisons Band. He is also a talented scriptwriter and composer.

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Afande Amooti Isingoma serves as a prisons officer, currently stationed at Kibaale Prisons.
