Adong

Adong, born Adong Knight, is a Ugandan singer-songwriter, actress, and businesswoman hailing from Gulu. Known for her dedication to perfection, Adong first captured attention with her debut Afrobeat single "itye ikwona." Her subsequent release, "yata," earned a nomination for Best Northern Song and a Hipipo Music Award.

Adong continued to make waves with tracks like "Give it to me," which dominated airwaves in northern Uganda, followed by other popular releases including "Dyewor," "Nonstop," and "kakwangala." Her consistent presence and collaborations with top Ugandan producers signal a bright future.

Beyond her musical endeavors, Adong is also the proprietor of Knight Hair Village, a hair shop, and a beauty salon. She enjoys singing, movies, traveling, and shopping.
