Abalongo Abanaku

Kato Douglas and Wassawa John, known as Abalongo Abanaku, are twin brothers and Ugandan recording artists. Their music is a captivating fusion of reggae, dancehall, and Afrobeat. Drawing inspiration from local legends like the late Elly Wamala, Bobi Wine, and the late Mozey Radio, as well as international stars such as Shaggy, Sean Paul, and Shakira, Abalongo Abanaku craft a sound that is both familiar and fresh. They began their musical journey early, honing their skills before embarking on their recording career.
