Lloyd Nyikadzino is a multi-award-winning theatre producer, practitioner, lecturer, and arts manager with extensive experience in creative entrepreneurship and international collaboration. He lectures in the Department of Creative Media and Communication at the University of Zimbabwe and serves as a member of the Executive Council of the International Theatre Institute.He is the Founding Executive Director of the Zimbabwe Theatre Academy and the Founder and Executive Director of the Mitambo International Theatre Festival, initiatives dedicated to nurturing emerging artists and strengthening global partnerships. Lloyd has held leadership and advisory roles with major cultural institutions, including the International Theatre Institute (ITI), and has served as a theatre adjudicator within international arts networks. A recipient of fellowships from institutions such as the John F.
